In my own opinion in this case of Pangandaman libel suit against Bambee is facing for something she post online on his blog over Mayor Nasser Pangandaman it is also a situation that Bambee has their own right to publish because blog is also a form of publication also that you can publish for what you want to post,but not in a case of Malicious statement that could be affect to other.Philippine law also presumes every defamatory imputation to be malicious,even if true,if no good intention and justifiable motive for making shown in article 254 of the Revised Penal Code.
In that case also i think Mayor Nasser has the right to reply containing for his defenses ,yes he has a right to case a libel for Bambee because of his malicious statement for entering a post. We didn't know if what is decision of the trial court only justice can prove if who is guilty or not guilty in this criminal case.
